Dr. Sanjiv Baveja is a highly experienced and respected Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 27 years of expertise in dental and maxillofacial surgery. With a strong commitment to patient care, surgical excellence, and continuous academic growth, he has successfully treated a wide range of minor and complex oral and facial surgical cases.

He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from JSS Dental College, Mysore. He pursued his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the Armed Forces Medical College under Mumbai University. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Baveja has gained extensive experience in trauma management, implant surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial reconstruction, TMJ ankylosis correction, alveolar cleft surgery, pathological cases, and head & neck surgery.

Dr. Baveja is also well-known for his expertise in dental implants, sinus lift procedures, impacted tooth extractions, cystic lesions, and management of oral infections. His patient-focused approach, combined with advanced surgical and diagnostic skills, ensures high-quality treatment outcomes with compassionate care.

Apart from clinical practice, Dr. Baveja has served as an Assistant Professor at Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS) and R & R Hospital, contributing significantly to dental education and surgical training. He has also been an examiner for MDS examinations at prestigious institutions, including AFMC and R & R Hospital.

A dedicated academician, Dr. Baveja has published multiple research papers and case studies in reputed national journals related to oral pathology, craniofacial reconstruction, and maxillofacial surgery. He is a lifetime member of the Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI) and a registered member of the Delhi Dental Council (DDC) and the Indian Dental Association (IDA).

⇒ Completed dissertation named “Study of correlation between predictive molecular markers and clinical staging in Oral submucous fibrosis published in the Journal of Dental and Medical Sciences (IOSR), Vol- 16, Issue 8th version- III August 2014, Page 95-99.

⇒ Published a case of right mandibular hypertrophy treated by high condylectomy of the right side, followed by recontouring of the lower border with superior repositioning of the inferior alveolar neurovascular bundle, published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Vol. 9, Issue 1st, Jan to Jun 2005.
